All services are provided in the watchmaker's workshop at 11 Listopada 8 in Olsztyn.
Repairs are carried out by qualified watchmakers with extensive professional experience, who constantly improve their skills thanks to continuous training.

Our services
The main watchmaking services performed in our factory include:
Battery change
We offer batteries of various types for watches, car remote controls, calculators, hearing aids and other types of devices
Waterproof test
We issue a warranty for the waterproofness checked by us for a period of 12 months
Polishing
Polishing of cases, steel bracelets and plexi glasses
Glass replacement
Replacing glasses or making their appropriate shapes
Clock setting
We calibrate quartz and mechanical watches.
Customization of bracelets
Shortening or lengthening of bracelets. We also sell steel bracelets, leather, rubber and webbing belts, a wide range of belts and bracelets, e.g. companies such as: Hirsch, Bros, Casio.
Original parts
We order original parts from Swiss, Japanese and many other manufacturers

SERVICE
Service process
Do you need information about the service process? Below you will find the necessary information about each of the individual steps. Our modern service system will also provide you with constant insight into the status of your request.
Step I: Fill in the form
Log in or if you don't have an account, register and then fill out the application form, where we collect only relevant data in order to provide the best level of service.
Step II: Send/bring a watch
After sending the application form, you will receive information about the shipment of the watch or the possibility of bringing it to our showroom at ul. 11 Listopada 8 in Olsztyn.
Step III: Diagnosis and possible valuation
After receiving the watch, our team will carry out a thorough diagnosis and inform you about the next step of the repair, which may involve an additional valuation, which the user will be able to accept at any time through his customer panel and service request preview.
Step IV: Repair
The watch's repair status will be available through the service request panel on the customer account page. Service time may vary depending on the complexity of the fault or the availability of parts. The client will be kept informed about everything.
Step V: Delivery
The repaired watch will be sent back to the return address provided on the claim form.

We are an authorized ZIBI service center of many brands, which you can find below. If the watch is under warranty, it is sent to the appropriate main service.
