The online store www.kuck.pl is owned by the company Kuck Zegarki Jewelry Spółka Jawna with its registered office in Olsztyn at 11-listopada 8, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity kept by the Minister of Economy: NIP: 7393755821, REGON: 280179105.

The Goods presented by the Seller are original, brand new, without defects, covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Ordering

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the online store www.kuck.pl, by phone +48 734 470 478, +48 734 470 476, +48 89 534 02 44 or by e-mail: kuck@kuck.pl between 10:00 am - 18:00 from Monday to Friday also on Saturday from 10:00 - 14:00.

2. A necessary condition for the execution of the order is to provide the real address of residence and telephone number. In case of suspicion of providing incomplete or untrue data, the company reserves the right not to send the goods.

3. After placing the order, the customer is informed by e-mail or telephone that the order has been accepted for execution. If the confirmation is not received, the Customer is asked to contact the store employees.

4. In the absence of the ordered goods in the warehouse, the Customer will be immediately informed of this fact and further steps will be determined regarding the execution of the order or its withdrawal.

5. A fiscal receipt is issued for each order. The desire to receive a VAT invoice should be indicated when placing the order.

6. All prices are given in PLN and include VAT. The price of a product that is unavailable at the time of the order may change, which the Seller will inform the buyer about.

7. The store reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer, introduce new goods to the online store's offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the store's website or make changes to them.

8. The delivery of the goods takes place in the manner chosen by the customer and specified in the order.

9. The shipping cost depends on the order value, payment method, delivery method and destination country.

  • Courier delivery within the country of an order amounting to more than PLN 200 - PLN 0
  • COD courier delivery within the country - PLN 15
  • Shipping for orders less than PLN 200 - PLN 15
  • Personal collection in one of our salons - PLN 0
  • The cost of shipping outside the country is determined individually with the customer

10. The seller is not responsible for untimely delivery of shipments by carriers.

Order fulfillment

11. The execution of the accepted order begins:

     

  • In the case of orders paid on delivery - at the time of placing the order by the Customer.
  • In the case of orders paid by bank transfer - when the funds are credited to the account.

12. The time after which the Customer will receive the ordered goods = delivery time + DHL courier delivery time.

13. The basic order processing time is approximately 48 working hours.

14. In the case of orders paid by bank transfer, the customer has 7 days to make the payment after placing the order. In the absence of payment, the seller will try to contact the customer. In the absence of a response, the store reserves the right to cancel the order.

15. The time of additional services, i.e. the engraving machine, is agreed individually with the buyer. In the case of the engraving service, an advance payment for the entire order is required. The store will make every effort to ensure that the order fulfillment time is as short as possible.

16. The order will be processed only when the goods are available in the warehouse or from the store's suppliers. In the event of unavailability of some of the goods covered by the order, the Customer is informed about the status of the order. He also has the option to decide on the method of its implementation (partial implementation, extension of the waiting time, cancellation of the entire order).

17. The customer may make changes to the order or withdraw them until the start of the order by contacting us by phone (89 534-02-44) or by e-mail kuck@kuck.pl. excluding products imported on individual order and tailored to individual customer requirements.

18. Despite making every effort, the Seller does not guarantee that the information and technical data presented do not contain errors or have been changed by the manufacturer, so they cannot be the basis for claims.

Complaints and Returns

1. All products on the store's website are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

2. The customer has the right to submit complaints in cases specified in applicable law or in the warranty granted.

3. In the event of detecting a defect or fault covered by the warranty, the product with the warranty card, proof of purchase and a description of the reason for the complaint should be sent back to the service address provided on the warranty card or to the address of the store after prior contact with the store staff in order to obtain all information on how to advertise a given product. The rules of the complaint procedure are different depending on the manufacturer.

4. If the guarantee does not provide otherwise, the customer will be informed about the result of the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint package.

5. The cost of sending the shipment to the Store is borne by the Buyer. Cash-on-delivery and shipments at the expense of the Store will not be accepted.

6. Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 "On the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product", the customer may resign from the product purchased in our store without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment by submitting a relevant statement to writing. This can only be done when the product has not been used, it is not damaged. We guarantee a refund corresponding to the value of the product. Please send back the complete goods with all the documents that have been attached.

7. The cost of delivery is not refundable. In the case of a return, the shipment should be sent at your own expense to the company's registered office address.

8. It is not possible to return/exchange goods previously adapted to the customer's requirements at his request, such as engraving.

9. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product of 31 March 2000 shall apply. No. 22 item 271).

10. Placing an order is tantamount to the Buyer's consent to all provisions and information contained in the regulations. The Seller will make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.

The names of manufacturers and factory brands belong to their owners and are presented for information purposes only.

Protection of Customers' personal data

All personal data obtained in the course of the store's operation are confidential. Under no circumstances or in any form will they be disclosed to other persons or entities in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 "On the Protection of Personal Data". Pursuant to this Act, Customers have the right to inspect their data, correct them and submit a request to stop using them.

Our store kuck.pl uses cookies for functional purposes to make it easier for users to use the website and to create anonymous website statistics. If your browser does not block cookies, by using our online store you agree to their use and storage in the device's memory. It is possible to independently manage cookies by changing the browser settings accordingly.

After the shipment of the purchased goods, the Store, as part of the performance of the contract with the Buyer, is obliged to send the Buyer an e-mail invitation to complete the survey in order to examine his opinion about the transaction. The buyer is entitled, but not obliged to complete it.

According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE.L.2016.119.1) (hereinafter "GDPR"), I inform that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Kuck Zegarki Jewelry Spółka Jawna with its registered office in Olsztyn, address: ul. 11 Listopada 8,101-04 Olsztyn, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Olsztyn in Olsztyn, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000271082, REGON 280179105, NIP: 7393755821 (hereinafter "Administrator") ;

2. Your personal data will be processed in order to:

  • implementation of services provided by the Administrator pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point b) GDPR (in order to perform the contract), sending marketing messages for products and services
  • own by the Administrator pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point f) GDPR (legal interest of the Administrator),
  • sending commercial information by the Administrator pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point a) of the GDPR (consent given to the Administrator by the data subject), (if the consent was given by you).

3. The recipient of your personal data will be external entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator on the basis of entrustment agreements (e.g. hosting provider) and if consent has been given:

  • Ceneo Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Poznań (60-166), ul. Grunwaldzka 182,
  • Opineo Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wrocław (53-333), ul. Powstańców Śląskich 2-4

in order to send electronically surveys examining customer satisfaction with purchases made in the kuck.pl store as part of the "Trusted Opinions" and "Reliable Opinion" programs.

4. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization;

5. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the services provided by the Administrator and for the period resulting from the limitation of claims, consumer rights, bookkeeping or other rights in this regard;

6. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have certain rights:

  • you have the right to information what personal data concerning you are processed by the Administrator and to receive a copy of this data (the so-called right of access). The release of the first copy of the data is free of charge, the Administrator may charge a fee for the next ones;
  • if the processed data becomes outdated or incomplete (or otherwise incorrect), you have the right to request their rectification;
  • in certain situations, you can ask the Administrator to delete your personal data, i.e. when the data is no longer needed by the Administrator for the purposes of which he informed you; when you withdraw your consent to the processing of data (unless the Administrator has the right to process data on a different legal basis); if the processing would be unlawful; or if the need to delete data results from the Administrator's legal obligation;
  • if your personal data is processed by the Administrator on the basis of your consent to processing or in order to perform the contract concluded with the Administrator, you have the right to transfer your data to another administrator;
  • The administrator processes your personal data, e.g. in order to conduct marketing activities regarding its products and services. The basis for such processing is the so-called "legitimate interest of the administrator". In the case of such processing, you have the opportunity to object. As a consequence, the Administrator will stop processing your personal data for the purpose described above;

  • in order to process data for certain purposes related to its activity, the Administrator has asked for your consent. This consent may be withdrawn at any time in an e-mail sent to the Administrator. This will have the effect that the processing that was carried out before the consent was withdrawn will not cease to be lawful, and after the consent is withdrawn, the Administrator will not process the data for the purposes for which the consent was given;
  • if you decide that the processed personal data are incorrect, the processing is unlawful or the Administrator no longer needs the specific data, or when you object to the processing, you may also request that for a specific, necessary time (e.g. checking the correctness of data or pursuing claims) The administrator did not perform any operations on the data, but only stored it;

7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;

8. We do not collect personal data and we do not measure the behavior of our users to send individualized offers. We collect e.g. information regarding the account creation date and the date of the last login, as well as the abandoned cart procedure in order to provide the best possible service.

9. Providing your personal data is a condition for concluding a contract with the Administrator. You are obliged to provide them and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to provide services by the Administrator.
